3) Gem-Fountain Gemstone Report (included)
Each gemstone comes with our own Gem-Fountain Gemstone Report, confirming:
- authenticity (based on our in-house examination)
- the key specifications shown on the product page (e.g., weight, measurements, cut style, color description, clarity observations)

4) International laboratory certificates (included where relevant)
For certain gemstones — especially rubies, sapphires, and emeralds — important questions may arise regarding treatments and enhancements, such as:
- Low-temperature heat treatment
- Beryllium diffusion
- Artificial resin filling
- Traditional oiling (emeralds)
Where such questions are relevant, these gemstones are submitted to Bangkok-based, internationally recognized laboratories for certification, including:
- GRS
- GIA
- AIGS
- Lotus
When a gemstone is offered with one of these certificates, the laboratory fee is already included in the displayed price, and the certificate details are clearly shown on the product page.
5) Optional add-on certificates (available at checkout)
If you would like an additional certificate from an independent laboratory, you may add it as an optional service during checkout.
