Availability & Processing Time
All gemstones shown in our shop are in stock and ready to ship. Orders are processed within 1 business day (Mon-Fri), excluding Thai public holidays.
Order cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible. If the parcel has already shipped, eligible items may still be returned according to our Returns Policy.
Shipment Follow-up & Lost Parcel Policy
If your shipment has not arrived within the timeframes below, please contact us to open an official inquiry:
- ePacket Plus: not received within 30 business days
- FedEx: not received within 7 business days, or no tracking movement for an unusual period
Inquiries usually take 7-14 days. If the inquiry confirms a loss, we will offer a full refund or a replacement, if available.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments are subject to your country's customs rules and may be subject to VAT, sales tax, or customs duties. We declare shipments accurately and transparently; any import fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Refused packages: If a package is returned due to unpaid duties or failed clearance, a 10% restocking fee may apply. Return freight and customs-related costs incurred may be deducted from the refund.
