Every gemstone purchased from Gem Fountain includes a free Gem Fountain Gemstone Report, provided as a PDF file, documenting the key characteristics and authenticity of the stone.

For customers who require independent laboratory verification, we offer the option to add third-party gemstone reports. Upon selection, the gemstone will be submitted to the chosen accredited gemological laboratory. Estimated fees and processing times are as follows:

• BGL – Brief Report: USD 19
  Processing time: approximately 1–2 business days
• AIG – Brief Report: USD 38
  Processing time: approximately 7–8 business days
• LOTUS – Soft Cover Report: USD 128
  Processing time: approximately 7–8 business days

All external reports are optional and can be selected as an add-on prior to shipment. Processing times may vary slightly depending on laboratory workload.
